About FLY’s Programs
FLY serves youth ages 11 to 25 who are impacted by the juvenile justice system. Our programs connect young people with positive mentors and role models, promote their understanding of the law and their rights, and support them to become leaders among their peers and in their communities. Our Law, Leadership Training, and Mentor Programs are based on ideas from youth who were facing years or life in prison. These ideas remain the foundation of FLY and have been strengthened with best practices in youth development and crime prevention. As a learning organization, we continue to be guided by the voices of our youth as they are the experts regarding their own experiences.
You can read more about our work on our blog and on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. All of our programs are currently operating in compliance with local and state health orders.
