Jose F. Macias

Jose is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. Jose has extensive experience in representing public companies. His practice includes all aspects of company representation, including public offerings, corporate governance counseling, complex securities laws issues, disclosure matters, SEC compliance, 1934 Act issues, private placements, takeover defensive measures, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has represented underwriters in public offerings and issuers and investors in private equity financings.

Jose earned his B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University, and he received his J.D.  from Stanford Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review. He is married, has three adult children, and lives in San Jose.
