FLY internships are an exciting way to immerse yourself in the culture and day-to-day operations of Fresh Lifelines for Youth! You will learn first-hand what it takes to be an integral part of our dynamic teams and directly impact the youth FLY serves. Our internships appeal to individuals of diverse interests and talents and all include youth programs and professional development opportunities.
Interns will be invited to take part in our six-module FLY Launch Program, which includes face-to-face meetings with our CEO, COO, and CDO; review of FLY’s use of Evidence-based Practices with youth; understanding of our Finance, Operations and Talent departments; FLY’s Culture and Values; a deep-dive into Stakeholder Engagement and Fund Development; and learning how to be an Ambassador for FLY.
