FLY Internships are an exciting way to immerse yourself into the culture and day-to-day operations of Fresh Lifelines for Youth! You will learn first-hand what it takes to be an integral part of our dynamic teams and directly impact the youth FLY serves. Our Internships appeal to individuals of diverse interests and talents and all include youth program involvement and professional development opportunities.
Interns will be invited to take part in our 6-module FLY Launch Program (includes face to face meetings with our CEO, COO and CDO; review FLY’s use of Evidence-based Practices with youth; understand our Finance, Operations and Talent departments; experience FLY’s Culture and Values; deep-dive into Stakeholder Engagement and Funding Development; and learn how to be an Ambassador for FLY).

Internship commitments range from one semester to a year, with varying requirements for daily and weekly hours. All Internships are unpaid.
